1. All defective items are required to return within 180 days from the original purchase date. Items out of 180 days warranty will be denied. |
2. All returned items are required to be well packaged, and please email us the tracking number and packing list. |
3. This Warranty does not cover if the warranty seal on the item is from other suppliers. |
4. Defective items with touch issues, backlight issues, frame issues or glass issues can be covered by the warranty.
(Physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation are excluded). |
